3. Bookings and Purchases: What You Need to Know
- Permission to Charge Your Account: When you make a booking through usa.flyiisi.com, you are giving usa.flyiisi.com, or a payment processor we use, permission to charge your payment method for the total cost of the booking. This includes all taxes, fees, and other charges that apply. We may ask you to show the payment card you used when you check in, or to provide other proof that you are authorized to use the card.
- Pricing and Availability Can Change: All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We can change or remove special offers and discounts at any time.
- Make Sure Your Information is Correct: It is your responsibility to make sure that all the information you give us when you make a booking is accurate and complete. This includes the full names of all travelers as they appear on their passports, your email address, phone number, and postal address.
- Booking Fees May Apply: In addition to the price of your travel arrangements, a booking fee may be charged for each person. We will clearly show you all fees during the booking process.
- We Act as an Agent: usa.flyiisi.com acts as an agent for other companies that provide travel services, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Your agreement for travel services is with the provider, not with us.
- Group Bookings: If you are making a booking for more than one person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for everyone in your group. You are responsible for paying all amounts due from each member of the group.
4. Payments: How Payments Work
- Immediate Payment Required: For many bookings, we require full payment immediately, even before you receive your confirmation or ticket.
- Pay on Time: You must pay all amounts when they are due. If you do not, we may cancel your booking and charge you cancellation fees.
- Card Surcharges: We may charge a fee for payments made with credit or debit cards. These fees are not refundable.
- Price Changes: Until we receive your full payment, the price of your booking may increase because of fuel surcharges or other charges from our providers.
- Payment Verification: We may need to check your identity or your payment method. During this process, we do not guarantee the price or availability of your booking.
5. Passports, Visas, and Health: Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for making sure that you have all the necessary travel documents for your trip.
- Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the date you plan to return home.
- You must check with the embassy or consulate of each country you will be visiting to find out the visa requirements.
- You should talk to your doctor about any vaccinations or other health precautions you should take for your trip.
- We are not responsible if you are denied boarding on a flight or entry into a country because you do not have the correct travel documents.
6. Special Requests and Medical Conditions
We will try to pass on any special requests you have to the relevant provider (hotel, airline, etc.), but we cannot guarantee that they will be met. If you have any medical condition or disability that might affect your travel arrangements, you must tell us in writing before you make your booking. We cannot be held responsible for issues that arise because you did not tell us about a medical condition.
7. Force Majeure: Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or changes that happen because of events beyond our control. These events include: war, civil unrest, strikes, air traffic control problems, terrorism, natural disasters, fires, bad weather, epidemics, technical problems with transportation, airport or port closures, and airline schedule changes. You should check with your Ministry of Foreign Affairs for up-to-date information about any country you are planning to visit.
8. Flights: Important Information
- "Direct" flights may have one or more stops along the way
- All departure and arrival times are estimates only and can be changed by the airline
- We cannot make any special arrangements for you if your flight is delayed
- If you do not use one part of your flight itinerary, the airline may cancel the remaining flights without notice
- You must reconfirm your flights with the airline at least 72 hours before departure
- All airline tickets are electronic tickets
9. Cancellations and Changes
- Your rights and options if your flight is canceled or changed will depend on the airline's rules
- Most tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, unless we state otherwise in writing
- If you cancel before we issue the tickets, you must tell us in writing
- Canceling after the tickets are issued will usually result in a loss of 100% of the cost
- Changes require a fee for each person, and discounted tickets are often not changeable
- No refunds are given for tickets that have been partially used
10. Telephone Calls
We may record phone calls to help us improve our customer service.
11. Departure Taxes
The price of your ticket may not include all departure taxes. You may have to pay some departure taxes directly to the government of the country you are leaving. These taxes are not refundable by us.
